i was on an island
sitting on a lie
sleeping in an illusion
never knowing why
and then one sentence
is all it took to wake me up
shake me by the shoulder
slap on my face
broke my trust my faith
thought it was me
but then ripples broke the dream
the road has split into two
and now i am all alone
do i still know you
i smile and talk
